RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Phyto Extractions expects to close acquisition Sept. 15In my opinion, if you look at past NR's, you can see phyto made a deal with namaste which looks like it was for 1 year and generated 1.82 mil in royalty payments. Clearly didn't look like a profitable deal for anyone as it didn't continue onto another extended year or merger. Maybe this current deal was a deal for both sides as they both ran out of options, phyto gets stale unliquid paper they think they won on and ad gets a brand.. ask supreme how they did with wiz khalifa, or ask canopy how snoop is pulling through for them, lol. Next PP raise will be a fun one here. With Health Canada killing the marketing efforts and customer emphasis on just the testing part, which is a legal requirement for all legal products in Canada, I don't think brands will matter the slightest for years and years to come, until new govt change comes or massive reform in legislation, good luck biggdeal you'll need it if your posted up here.
