my thoughts exactly. Why expand you're existing facility then turn around and buy another facility, spend all this money if you don't have sales. I think we are in for some exciting times as they release news of sales. jmo

Manufacturing facilities produce aprox 450 liters of oil per 10,000 lbs of trim. Oil in California sells for between $5000 per liter to $10,000. So that 450 liters would sell for 2.25 mil u.s. from just 10,000 lbs of trim or 4545 kgs of trim at the lowest price. They will soon have the capacity to process 500,000 kgs. Over 50% of all pot sold in California have an oil base ( brownies, gummy bears ect. ect. ). The shortage of oil production is estimated at round 35% of demand. This company with the purchase of this new manufacturing asset will be able to produce aprox 50,000 liters per yr in California. The very lowest price for a liter of oil in California is $5000 u.s. the highest is around $10,000 u.s. per ...more

HARV-CSE just bought Verano for 850 million in stock making it so they say the largest pot company in the U.S. without being in California that I can see. The consolidation is getting fast and furious down south.

The takeover valuation of 850 million for what they have minus the cash is about a third of the assets we have and we are presently valued at 151 million Canadian. My what a discrepancy in valuations.
