Buy or Sell?

Stock rose 23.19% / or .80 cents. I assume it has decent potential because of it's worth a year ago but will people just buy and sell to take advantage of weekly fluctuations?

Comparing with newcomer CTCO, looks like a very similar business strategy but without any volume for the latter... CANV could be a barometer of what will happen once volume picks up
