This is good news. I suspect a change of business and PP announced. I agree with ideas that current assets sold off and possible some sort of marijuana deal announced. Keep in mind the PP shares will not be free trading. Shares will be at a premium. More then likely thats why alot of the bag holders are being turned out.

With a new co direction in place this is a whole new ball of wax. And with 8 mill floating after a split things could go very very very differently. July 1 2018 here we come.

Yea...and after the 10:1 consolidation, the share price "only" has to go up to $1.13 for me to break even. Yipeee.

Unfortunately the problem is that most RSs result in a flash crash afterwards since current bagholders know they will be diluted again and there's the appearance of more liquidity which causes a stampede for the exit. Not to mention if there's no lockup on any new issue, shares get dumped for a quick cash raise. Where is the incentive for current bagholders and prospective investors to ...more

Well I guess if you were hoping for a 10 bagger from these levels it makes it a little trickier. But that might not have been realistic. If it goes mj I suspect a halt. PP announced. and opens up .30+

If the RS happened today we'd open at $0.15 - 0.20. I agree that it should be coupled with finance related news and a potential change of business. If it opened with a gap up on mj fluff I'd definitely expect an immediate selloff as existing bagholders would rush to sell for breakeven. Some might double down again but it would also depend on how much financing would be involved and how ...more
