PP

I understand the PP for working capital - mainly tsx fees. But why at .075 ? Should be priced at .15 or .20 cents

My guess is the PP will be filled by management and mainly KR who has lost more $ than anyone as he was buying at .20 and .30 ($2 and $3 post consolidation)

I guess KR feels the world did him wrong with his pursies venture so now he has to screw whatever bagholders (oh the irony) are left. This does however leave a tight float of 9 MIL shares not including the PP. Next move will to be to push the paper up to a level, like $.25 cents or so, and a change of business. $1.5 cents is the cheapest the public will get it. Hopefully his next venture is a ...more
