In my opinion 10:1 reverse 9MM share float minus large holders...6-7MM ish MZI Could sell assets (mezzi brands...) for cash or royalty SO no float, money in bank......Future deal in the works as NR said I took a large position because Keir has many VC's of the US in his roller deck and the stock got liquid on that 20MM+ volume day MZI is no more Mezzi, It's ? check latest news I've invested in Keir (management) and what ever the future brings For the old investors, SELL or Stay and see Or sell and get back in if interested in Newco Bags didn't work for Mezzi It could be worse and I do feel for you (I've had losses before) They could of filled chapter 11 Long story short No one is averaging down on Mezzi, Your averaging down on MZI So,if you like Management STAY in Don't believe SELL Simple process Eric
