635k volume today. Most (557k) on the Triact-M exchange at 2 cents So still some volume. Came in later in the day. So if the stock reverse splits and will be 15 or 20 why would people be paying that when the new stock will be at 7 cents with warrants for 10 cents? They must think it wont go down and stay down below current levels and will go up with the news and less float. Not sure if it

Well there needs to be some discount for the holding period (4 months). Stock you cant sell is worth less than stock you can sell anytime. But perhaps the terms were an early estimate and things can change. A PP at 10 cents with 15 cent warrants would be good and cut down on the new stock issued. Who knows at  this point. One thing I do know is someone thinks its going up from the 2 to 2.5

Well the bid is 1.5 ask 2 now. So 15 is too high. But every private placement is under water with Mezzi right now so it will take something good to get anyone to put money in here.  I am still of the opinion we will know all there is to know between news releases and financials no later than Sept 30th.  We should have annual financials with MDA and Quarterly financials with MDA by then

Hey there ctblizzard i have been in the hype story since the first run to .30 or .36 its been so long i forgot. Anyway do you still have that link to the interview with Mr KR when he throws his old partner Mike Edwards the bike salesman under the bus? i must say between INT, MBO MZI i think there all cut from the same cloth. there should be laws to pertect average investors against all these hype

Doesn't surprise me one bit.  I think we should contact securities to get some oversight on the Mekenix deal.  To me that just smells of shyte....  the second it was done how many shares were dumped to crater the SP...... coincidentally right after KR dumps millions.... cause his friends made it in mmj plays. #smelly

yeah it bothers me as well. Go to Victory Squares site. Mekenix not even mentioned anymore. Chain of events... This company which just opened its website per info available on WHOIS on internet sites suddenly has Mezzi willing to pay 7 plus million shares to it and an announcement by VS that "we started working with them earlier in the year". no bios, no stats, no case studies or
