Nothing on SEDI or Canadian insider yet. If Eric or KR participated in the PP we should see it soon, perhaps by Monday. However if it was all new money/new people we wont see anything unless someone grabbed a chunk big enough to be an insider.

Some big dumps into the ask..... but hey if I got pp shares at .0075 and had other shares I would lock in 100% gains too

yeah that could be happening. But they issued 70 million pre- reverse split and there is only 1 million left at 1.5 and most of the rest is probably sitting at 1/2 cent. Anyone have the level 2 showing the breakdown? They cant get much money covered but can push the price down. Lets assume they take out the 1.5 and the 1s. That would be covering only 1/7th of the shares issued. If they blow up

I dont think anyone that did the PP is shorting out. There is not nearly enough liquidly and 4 months to be short is a long time in a stock like this. Under $10k has traded today...not enough for even 1 PP buyer to short out their purchase.

Not saying short.... of I had 1M shares and bought another M in the pp, you can sell what you own to finance the PP and be up 100% without changing your position and have access to warrants that are ITM. this is one reason I am so pissed about this super cheap PP, you have a huge return without changing your holdings to either reduce what you have lost or a gain if you bought in at 1.5

I see; I agree with that. But why would the sellers wait until today to dump the stock? Maybe they did - seeing a lot of cross trades, including a million that just brought the bid to .01 for a couple minutes. Tomorrow should be interesting to see where the stock ends up.

They are doing it today because there will be less liquidity tomorrow when the reverse takes effect

Reverse Stock Split is inevitable here. Pumped it and then dump it. If they can not close the PP then they will eventually fade away into the distance also known as DE-LIST. I remember when this stock was hitting 20 cents with all the pumpers falling over themselves and now the building is empty and only the bagholders are left. Those who sold yesterday at 2 cents got something back not much and

I agree, good point Tanker. Looks like its happening. They just took out almost all of the 1.5s volume now is 1.9 million
