Aside from saying they were hacked and not associated with the holding company..... what would a fair value be for a sale?  Non pub co with sales that high it could have done bottom line a few hundred k net...... take away all the publicity stunts ie a photo getting off the plane, a big Mezzi sign in Vegas etc.

i think 3 times normalized net income would be realistic...only problem how do we normalize what was done?

does this also mean Mline and capital eyewear don't belong to the holding co?

Good points. People with money are always looking for opportunities to have a business that has had a lot of promotion/dollars thrown behind it to get it going. However, the only reason Mezzi had sales was huge promotion on a level no one with non-public capital would even try. But that said I think 500k might be a good number.  Cap eyewear was purchased by Mezzi for 175k? I think? The ...more

CT, did you ever see the selling of equipment etc of capital eyewear that LR said 1+1 = 3 BS.  I don't recall seeing that posted in the financials as other income or anything.... what did chic execs ever do for their 2M in options that were issued at 7 and the stock runs and volume suddenly spikes shortly after.... wonder if they dumped for a nice gain.  Aside from that, did they do ...more

No , I did not see that but maybe on the annual statements due on the 30th we will see something. Who knows.. Selling inventory would show up just as sales but equipment shou;d show up differently. Chic Execs did not work out well and I do not think Mekenix did either. Chic execs got a few things done but it was mainly mention in online publications with limited audiences etc. If Mezzi's ...more
