SPINOFF SHARES...

SPINOFF SHARES...According to press release, were we not supposed to receive 1 Coniagas share for every  51,5771 shares of NTH?  I received quite a few shares, when I was expecting only a fractional share, rounded to one share, due to the amount of NTH shares I currently hold.  Does anyone else's calculations add up to their distribution of shares?
