Yes, Trump is on side with legalization however he has appointed RFK to head up the FDA. Investors need to be tracking RFK Interviews etc to see if he hints to timing / plans.

RFK has been pro legalization for years now.

Personally I think things will progress more smoothly now with the GoP controlling all levels of government, less political infighting etc. legalization may actually kick in quicker than had the Dems stayed in power (just my opinion)
