Total investment & Management approach for 8 long yrs

After 6 management changes & 3 name changes, CFO resigning, No financials! : TOTAL Mgmt FAILURE
A company's success depends on the quality of its management, also, business failure is a function of failed management structure and strategy.
The most telling thing about this whole situation is that management has not shown any leadership or come up with corrective actions to alleviate the disaster that has been going on for 12 quarters! What do they care when they are raking in high salaries without any performance standards. Each of the executive management teams salaries should have been reduced by 50% already, with stock compensation being awarded based on performance goals. Obviously, management is aligned with shareholders and are self serving CHALF might not even exist after the November debt payment deadline.
