No financials for 1yr CFO resigns, Blame auditors & Hit LOWS
Since the sham reverse split and the 23 factorial, this CHALF (USA) has devalued by - 86% in just over a year (since May 2021). The Canadian label is halted and close to being delisted. It is obvious that the pumper is desperate to sell before the debenture payments are due in November this year and Walla.. Goes Private which means even the little you own goes out in smoke.
I am not telling you what to do, use your brain, the company history is in front of you. THE CFO RESIGNED and that is a big signal to investors that something big is wrong. NOW they are going to the Mexican border to look for auditors! How low & desperate
