It'S BEEN A WHOLE YEAR AND IN FACT !3 MONTHS NOW
4 MONTHS AGO, YOU  APPOINTED A NEW CFO! IS HE NOT SIGNING LIKE THE ONE HE REPLACED.
6 MONTHS AGO YOU FIRED (OR THEY LEFT) YOUR AUDITORS.
SIX MONTHS LATER, YOU FIRED THEM AGAIN
