Has anyone heard anything from this company ? Are they still operating ? Will the stock ever trade again ?

They keep changing auditors. This company has horrible management. As far as trading here on the Canadian side, not much we can do except wait..

THE ANSWER IS MORE LIKELY NO This is a dishonest management for holding financials for over a whole year and making up excuses while delisted in this country. I think they are buying time to announce a takeover by the debt holders (same insider mgmt) and go private rendering all your iunvestments to ZERO Even the Resident pumper here with his 20 aliases agreed that a takeover is valid.
