What does the $0.12 means to investors and CHALF?
*$0.12 ÷ 23 (RS multiplier) = $0.005 OR 0.5 Cent In real value
*$0.005 compared to $1.35 8 years ago = -99.9% Loss in value
*$0.12 compared to $1.27 after reverse split in May 2021
= -91% loss in value in nearly ONE YEAR (may 2021 reverse split)
*Stock has been stuck in the $0.10 to $0.20 for months
* 0.12 will get worse since the financials have not been posted for over 13 months now
* 7 Management Changes and 3 company name changes and the stock is at $0.12
* First CFO resigns without issuing Q4 2021, Q1 in 2022 OR Annual 2021
* CHAL Halted in Canada
*Ist Audiotor allegedly had employee shortage, then it was COVOD
1St Auditor was fired twice
*Second Auditor was hired all the way from Houston Texas, 2500 miles from Portlant and Toronto
*Second CFO resigned after 4 months without signing the financials.
*13 months Later, No financials still and the debt matures in 6 working days so will it be a private takeover? An insolvency or another reverse split?
