mysterious last second trade

does anyone else notice that most days with less than 20 seconds left there is a trade that brings the share price down approx. 20 cents.  Seems very strange that this happens continuously.

yea, it happened the last couple of trading days. Volume has been suspiciously high after they announced the renewal of the NCIB and entry into the ASPP (75% smaller than previous ASPP).
