Just my opinion, but the anonymous house 1 seller seems determined to crowd out this market which wants to trade higher, undercutting sellers by filling material bids and immediately posting below 3rd party offers. Not the brightest bulb on the tree, obviously in the inner circle pre-selling a coming financing, imho.
