Reporting requirements
I have had two of my holdings take over other companies this week. One Silver Standard ( SSO ) reported the details of the transaction when they announced the deal. The other Vecima ( VCM ) announced the deal, however has not released any of the details. Both are publicly traded companies. Is there a requirement for a public company to release details of a transaction of this nature within a specific timeframe? Both are and continue to be long term holds.

Thanks for the one star. I hold a ton of SSO and CRJ. Not pumping. I was just looking for a little advice. Isn't that what these boards are for? Both these stocks will do OK. Hope someone does not do the same thing to you some day when you are looking for some info.
