RE:RE:Manitoba Budget Day - April 2Excellent point and I agree, if possible, an update would be great. I am not expecting an update until after the budget is released.

Typically, the lockup time before a provincial budget is a serious issue to make certain there are no information leaks. If CPS is hoping or knowing funding for their project will be included in the Manitoba provincial budget the easiest way to make certain they don't violate any provincial budget confidentiality is stay silent and not do any public presentations until government funding is announced.
