y Comment:  Florida Gold and Visla Silver also mentioned in the article (I have shares in both miners)

Also, it looks like de-risking has begun in the stock market and it has a long way to run.  It very well could take down all asset classes, including the PMs.  It's time to build up cash positions.  I expect things to really come unglued after the election.  The whole global financial system is burdened with a huge amount of debt.  Also, the ME war could intensify this weekend as Iran retaliates.

My Comment:  DRC surpassed Peru in 2023 to become the country with second largest copper reserves as noted in the article Don't Count Out Copper Yet - Mauldin Economics Excerpt: Around 65% of identified copper sits in the ground in five countries: Chile, Australia, Peru, Mexico, and the US. Chile has the greatest copper reserves, followed by Peru.
