Does anyone know what the comments were that the EAO recieved from the Working Group and First Nations which the EAO has to consider?  It seems that this is part of the extension.  tia

The review is not public, so that information isn't available. But I do have friends who took part in the review for one of the local First Nations and he made no secret that it (the AIR) was not very well received, and the City Manager of Port Alberni also said at the last Council meeting that they had some concerns but would save their breath until the public comment period began. If you truly can't think of one reason why someone would not want a new coal mine built, whether it is in their backyard or not, then I would suggest high risk investing is probably not a good place for you... Unless of course you just treat it as a casino, which it basically is.

in casino ethics, concentration camps would get a strong  backing.  Why?  Jobs for locals, boosts economy, is strongly supported by government, makes money for the backers.
