it will be tough

Though I have and continue to be a CEC share holder every time some good news comes out it gets trumped by 10x bad news. They have good properties but wonder how feasible and profitable they will be when ever they come online. The whole coal market is taking a beating and wonder just how long they can hold on after this latest let down. From the investment side it looks like to myself at least that they have done just about everything they could from day one to satisfy as many groups, agencies, rules, studies and more. I can see and understand certain groups oppose this project for their own reason (I respect that) it is an open forum their right.

Though I care more about the fundamentals as I want to make a profit hopefully on this, I welcome comments from investors and their take not only on CEC but the whole coal sector as a whole and global prices continue to fall. Can CEC get this project off the ground as the sector consolidates and mines close as demand falls. I bring up the issue only because Australian coal miners are taking a beating and outright closing.

The questions is when will countries stop using coal. My lifetime, next generation, or the next? What is the supply in relation to demand? As you can tell by my name, I dabble in coal stocks. Been a little sheepish lately. This one has a habit of getting screwed over by the BC Government. You guys might want to look at Colonial and Cardero for small Cap in BC. They are in a coal friendly neighbourhood. Nemi has an Alberta holding but the asset is dormant waiting for better planetary alignment. I have beefing selling my venture ...more
