Yup...$8.45 per unit. Down she goes tomorrow hmmm ... was hoping for a pull back to get back in, but now do I throw my hat in the ring for some of the PP shares or wait and see if it pulls back to the PP price?

Some thoughts.... (1) I really like that ownership will be 100% in the hands of the trust. It's been an issue for equity ownership from the start. With 100%, management can do things without running them past minority stakeholders. (2) Being non-dilutive isn't necessarily true.
