mosquito versus black bear in the room

I can tell you as an avid outdoorsment there is nothing that makes your life more miserable after a long great day in the outdoor than one mosquito floating around your room buzzing away in the dark and impeding your sleep.  It is far easier to confront a black bear and shoo him away than find and kill that fricken mosquito in the middle of the night,

For those that don't think investors like jcp and retail investors like me are not a major thorn in the side of public companies well than they have just never run a public company.

It is a far easier to deal with one large shareholder that has a beef than the mosquitoes in the room who cause more trouble despite their small size.

I can assure you the powers to be at kwh, are losing sleep bigtime over the musing of jcp and the disgruntled shareholders like me who are going to support their efforts.

Long story short IPO many years ago was at 10, today we are at just over 8 so notwithstanding all the distirbutions this play has been a dud if you bought and held.
