Neflamapimod has the potential to treat and improve synaptic dysfunction, the reversible aspect of the underlying disease processes in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and certain other neurological disorders. It is being evaluated in its ongoing RewinD-LB Trial, a Phase 2b study in patients with DLB.
