Choice Buying at $53+ and the share price down $1.26 tp $49.
Clearly my msg on the Choce Board holds true. There remains the unknown or uncertainly about the divs going forward. Ref.u at 3.8%, Choice at 6.2%, but room for the divs to be kicked up due to the high affo of Ref.. That will also allow room to pay off debt in the acquistion. Anyone done any figure-work yet??
