rest of temp laid off - now laid off

so all temp laid off staff now have been terminated - can not claim WEPP and no severance - may never receive a penny. This company has no morals and no respect for anyone other than themselves - the greed is just so evident

I don't think this should come as a surprise. Their primary source of income is predatory lending - which really questions the morals of the company from the beginning.

Maybe you should be directing your anger at the laws that allow them to do this rather than the company that is trying to survive long enough to make a sale? Or maybe toward the laws that allow the CRO to be paid $100,000 per month for what is basically a part time job on top of the $750,000 he gets on completion while employees continue to get screwed?

I couldn't agree more. The CRO himself has taken more than $1.7M out of a cash strapped company. This is not his first kick at sifting through the ashes to find the remaining gold. He has a long track record of filling his pockets. So let's count the people getting screwed by the CRO and his group of 'kerp' employees. The employees (not under kerp), the lenders, the bond holders... ...more

I forgot the biggest group who were screwed by the CRO and his group..... the share holders who believed in this company. We were all fooled by those who 'were' at the top of this company and 'now' those whom remain.

You obviously do not have a clue about the alternative lending market. The fact that you have not made the same remarks regarding Money Mart is verification that you add no value to the conversation.
