Insders

20.1M shares outstanding

1.1 M options o/s (626K exercisable @ $2.21, balance @ average of $.65) Unlikely to be exercised in the near term.

Total 21.2M

Barker                     2.5M shares
Other insider            .4M shares
Donald Schnitzler   1.2 M shares (Who is Donald Schnitzler?)

CEO's salary is $170K per year (that's embarassing!!!!) and has been the same for three years. Throw in a few options and it's hardly worth getting up in the morning.

Auditor fees are $270K. Would be 10% of that for a private company. Other costs of being public: must be a few hundred thousand with BOD, shareholder costs and listing on the exchange.

Other than "insiders", and assuming Schnitzler is one, that leaves 16M o/s shares to buy. No institutional ownership that I can find. 16M at say $.75 per share costs $12M.

Book value is supposedly $18M. Of that only $6m is fixed assets which represensents a couple of condos in Ft. Mac.

Just putting it out there

hanks DTM5. The earlier numbers were from the 2010 MIC. Do you know if Lynn and Gibbon were insiders previously or if not, is there any relationship to the company? Also do you know Schnitzler? The business does appear to be stocked with an odd assortment of non-industry folks at the helm. Another classic case of a oil patch success story based on no compeptition and no sense ...more

SEDI shows Donald with 210,000 shares and none for Lynn Gibbon

Go into sedi via the 'view summary reports' tab and then 'insider information by issuer'.    Don't put a 'from' date in the search.   That way it pulls back all records. All CSA insiders come up, including previous insiders.  Currently, L Gibbon owns 2,101,875 shares inside a controlled numbered company (293296 Alberta Inc.).  This is why you can ...more
