Spin off companies

what's the story about the spin off companies? I have shares in 8 companies and even the bank doesn't know what they are. Are those factored into the PILL stock price ?

They aren’t publicly traded yet. I think they were created as they are still expecting some small funds from different sources. So once received they may or may create new cos
