Dateline For Merger With SolGold?Except for the 15/1 conversion ratio - which with the benefit of hindsight is too low - the rest of this press release on this agreement contained mostly weasel words of what CGP shareholders get.
And there is NOTHING on when we might expect this deal to close.
We are entitled to know meeting dates, updates on final conversion ratio, and possible closing dates.
CLARITY would be appreciated.
What say you Mr Chairman???
