NSR

Fool are you not worried about having to pay our share of expenses or be reduced to NSR
Comment by FoolAndHisMoney on Jul 19, 2019 4:01pm
Not at all. We are carried until completion of a BFS and that is at least 2 years away, and the carry is repayable only out of our share of earnings or dividends from a mining operation and then at Libor + 2%. After BFS is completed, however, we must contribute 15% of the ongoing costs ($150 million for every $850 million SOLG has to raise) or we are subject to dilution. If we dilute below 10 ...more

Kudos indeed especially when you consider that this deal was done at a time when the mining investment climate was terrible. Cornerstones treasury was very low and it was over a barrel so to get a deal like this under the circumstances then was amazing. Brooke and Yvan are very experienced, competent and capable. Plus what I like as well about them is they are straight shooters. I know there are ...more

I know all about this CGP long before Brooke and Yvan came on board. I'm long on this for years, I invested in this company even before they were a registered company. My money was part of the seed money that started this company, so you can't tell me nothing I don't know. Broke and Yvan are OK who said they weren't I meet both of them and talked to them many a time, as I talked ...more

who told you that this  BFS in 2 years,Who ever told you that is a LIAR, a big LIAR with that. Go read the last 2 PR one says putting 15 drill on the property in the fall to meet the dead line for the BFS at the end of the year, that is 5 months away. Read the PR before you believe a lie or make a lie. PR says your wrong.  And when the info is in for a BFS we sit and do nothing on the ...more

MrShill todays NR referred to a PFS - pre feasibility study. There will be some time between it and the BFS - bankable feasibly study. Again if the BFS happens within two years I’ll be very surprised. However I reiterate my belief that neither BHP or Newcrest will allow SOlGold to do a BFS. They will want to control the timing and economics of that. If that very likely scenario plays out then ...more

If Cornerstone was actually up against a desperate deadline, trade volume would be very high.   As it is, volume is unchange or on the low side of normal.   There's plenty of wealth represented by Cornerstone's holding.   You don't just give that away.   Percentages weigh heavily toward getting appropriate value for Cascabel and other ...more

So your saying another 10 years to see results, because in mining that is being called patience, because most times drill results takes a few years to get an idea. And with Cascabel being so deep it may only get a few holes in. Ok we wait another 10. 2 to 3 years is explositive in mining.
