Back Again

Some of you might remember me as Cigarbutts.   Now reincarnated on Stockhouse.

All the winers and the criers are still here?

NM gave you the PEA.   NM gave you the drill results.

It's almost as if it's up to NM to create shareholder value for CGP stockholder.

What are you going to cry about next that SOLG didn't do for you?      They didn't spend enough money or drill enough?

I can see that a few of the company shills must be out here on this Stock Blog.    Keep deluding yourselves,   and diluting your stockholders over time to pay for the SG&A and stock options etc etc.    To keep the doors open here and the prospector generator model intact!         THere is no EVA  (Economic Value Added) being created here by this company today,  and its  been that way for quite some time.

Let me ask all the CGP homeboy fans,  when was the last time you bought or earned-in to a property,  claim,  or group of claims  anywhere in the World?   In continuing the prospect generator model?

When was the SOLG buy-in?     What property or property's were you CGP spending  the company exploration capital on at the time of the SOLG  buy-in?     Period.  Full Stop.   End of story.

The nonsense here at CGP,  as a company and entity,   needs to be TERMINATED here ASAP.   IF ever these was a TSX-V exchange company that did the LEAST over the past few years to justify it's existence,  and yet the shareholders made the MOST out of it based on the geo/exploration efforts of someone else farmed-in to their property,  this CGP is it!!!

Hello Rip van Winkle. What about the Enami JV, the Bramaderos JV, the two Newcrest JVs. I suppose you feel they came from NM or SolGold? Cornerstone was in Ecuador long before NM and have delivered extraordinary projects. These four JVs were all signed since the Cascabel JV. Now go back to sleep. Lol

FoolandHisMoney: These properties were already IN CGP prior to SOLG showing up, right? These JV's Farm-in involve a low amount of money and a low amount of "Work Commit" by the partners to CGP for the right to earn-in.   Money so low that CGP is going to have to dilute shareholders again sometime in the near future just to keep the doors open,  if they haven't sold to ...more

If you’d go to the Cornerstone website and read the NRs you’d get all the relevant facts, not speculation. I know the shorts are trying to put out as much of a negative spin as they can on this great story but I’ll let the facts speak for themselves. When (if) the time comes that a financing has to be done before Cascabel is sold it’s no different than any other junior. I know it takes a cast iron ...more

"just to keep the doors open (and the lights on)" --The Doomsday Thugs Quite a favorate mantra of shorts as they attempt to talk us out of our shares. I've been with this stock for many, many years and they always keep rolling along just fine. Cornerstone is backed by deep pockets because their concessions house billions of dollars of resouces.   Come back anytime ...more
