FNV Holding Out On Closing?

It's well known that SolGold Needs this NSR money.
It also lends credibility not so much to the projecct as to SolGold. for financing.

One thing that may be irksome to FNV is that SolGold is NOT A LEGITIMATE PARTY to be offering the NSR. (Having your CEO annointed with tinsel and applause by The Northern Miner dpesn't count for anything.) There is no - read ZERO- underground mining history and no history of DELIVERING on a royalty of this kind or magnitude.

The art of making a strong NSR or any other agreement is to negotiate your position BEFORE you negotiate your participation. FNV may have moved too quickly.

Pierre Lassonde is at the top of his class in the global mining community. 
He may be sensitive to offending the other shareholders, BHP, Cornerstone, and Newcrest.
I doubt he will risk his reputation here.


Soooo..,. knowing something about odds, does FNV REALLY want to tie up with SolGold?
