I phoned Vancouver head office ...
Hello
Not that it's a big deal, but I called the Vancouver head office as I'm planning to attend
the Annual General Meeting on October 24th...
And like any business, the first person who answers the company phone "sets the tone" for
the entire business..
Wellllll, when I phoned today, the young gal who answered talked soooooo fast, and so quietly
that I couldn't understand a WORD she said...
And also, she was not very friendly...
In fact, she gave the impression she was not very happy to be there...
all in all, I think someone should tell the Management, they need to "spruce up" the
front office and make this a "first class company"
Did any other shareholders notice this, or is it just me??
A small but dedicated shareholder...

"Appears" to be of Asian background" ? You video conferenced? Lol Relevance of that comment?
