I bet a halt at the open for news. I suspect Koreans will deliver and IMO, this new PP been asked 10 business days ago for approval probably around the same time of last NR, hence why we gone to 25 cents today, for PP completion pending announcement.

Or the contrary, that remaining money been wired in the past days and new PP been asked for approval today (monday) at 25 cents per share hence the sudden drop in SP and instant recovery. That would be my better guess.
