Hmm they didn't say if they start the drilling. On a side note, as someone who used to go to only TMXmoney for news release, I think the last news about funding may not reached all. Getting a licence to drill is ok.But getting the money to drill is not as easy.With dropping oil prices and the shares trading below the PP price of .25 makes me think that the Koreans wont as exited to invest as they were before.

You don't invest millions based on today's oil price.........its a 10 to 20 year picture, Koreans or anyone else. End of the day it appears there is a lot of oil on there land. Long term holders 2 years and greater will do great. Traders who debate over news to move it a penny, well that's their game. CNQ was once a penny stock as well - 20 years later its market cap is in the billions
