"We have not released any news that would have caused the decline over the last couple trading days, or the run-up in our share price that preceded it. There have been some new reports released by analysts covering our stock over the last week and a half, which may account for some of the volatility. We haven’t viewed any of those updates as significant."

Think the stock was maybe the subject of manipulated pump and short selling. Now the shorts are taking their profit. Don't have access to number of stocks shorted. If I am correct, we will have to wait until the bleeding is over....

That big uptick in short-volume was just a few days before the significant conrtract announcement . Now the retraction / cover and scramble is on. Watch for shorts to be cut in half when the 15th report comes out by monday.
