Cancel Xmas Parties

That is what SOX should do as they sure have ruined Xmas for many shareholders. Every dollar counts now so don't blow it on something that people are not going to enjoy anyways.
What a total disappointment for sure.

In all fairness to SO I have to say my experience with their teams have always been one of getting paid for the work completed. If you have not been paid for 6 years only a few reasons. You did not do the work, you are claiming for work you did not do or was part of your original scope, did not supply the necessary paperwork in time or you tried to bribe somone to pay you something youre not ...more

Are we talking about the same SO? Queens Bench 1303 14589. Commenced October 2013. Look it up, you’ll see it all. After six years, there’s A LOT more, but I can’t divulge due to privilege.  If you found out one of your employees committed fraud, would you keep him/her employed for another six months with full access to project documents? You may have had good experiences but it only takes ...more

If I cut and paste "Queens Bench 1303 14589" into google, nothing shows up.  Burden of proof is on you to prove what you say and provide the link.  Are you for real?  You're on here anonymously, so there's no reason you "can't divulge" if it's true.

You talking to me?  Your lawsuit sounds like it's as frivolous as SOX claims.   You filed a lawsuit in 2013 over subcontract work that's still in the courts five years later.  Why is it taking so long if it's such an open and shut case?   In the SOD, SOX responded in 13 A) that you performed shoddy work as a subcontractor which created deficiencies that " ...more

Amazing you're only taking verbatim from their defence, not my claim. Secret profit means taking my document, changing the date, the description, and the dollar amount and then submitting to the client. This document has my signature on it and letterhead. This was written in my claim but I see you didn't read it. as far as shoddy work, they're going to have to prove it.  In ...more

Under the rules of Civil Procedure, in order to make a valid claim for fraud, you need to file a Sworn Affidavit from a Certified Fraud Examiner stating that based on their examination of the relevant documents it is their expert opinion that they fraudulently altered the document prior to the hearing which caused you material damages; otherwise, it's just your word against theirs and the ...more

Perhaps you should read my claim again, no where in my claim have I alleged fraud! You claim nothing has been proven in court, and yet you've accused me of shotty work and deficiencies without seeing the thousands of documents. Be careful. I didn't come to this public forum to provide details of my case, I simply want Lemay to go...I am not just a stakeholder, but I am also a shareholder ...more

You said it on this forum in your Dec 18 post that fraud occured: "...If you found out one of your employees committed FRAUD, would you keep him/her employed for another six months with full access to project documents? You may have had good experiences but it only takes one rotten apple to ruin a company." If you're now saying it's not fraud, why bring that point up in the ...more
