Board should take not strong execution and unpresendented infrastructure demand leads to good numbers.  Maybe should look to competitors to see if some of their Vice President's would be willing to jump ship for a CEO role. Hmmm Slow but steady, you cannot correct a 10$ 2 year slide in a quarter. keep a steady hand on the tiller.  Choose the new direction and stick to it.  There is upside here, but not the instant takeover bunk the posters and short sellers want. A new CEO will develop organically if needed, there is good people around, just have to retain and promote them.  Easier said then done but ...more
