Market Cap of $34 million

With a market Cap of $34million, hopefully the board will take some action and be fair to shareholders by reducing LeMay's salary in alignment with this size company. At the moment LeMays salary is in alignment with a $200million + Market cap business.

Legally dropping the salary unilaterally would be constructive dismissal.  Salaries tend to go up and stay there.  Maybe executives will take a voluntary pay cut to show solidarity with the shareholders.
