PR - 22nd Sep
I understand from yesterdays PR, that my investment has now been reduced to a fraction of my investment. I receive 1 VIBE for 55 VCAN, and then VCAN will be disolved. Any remaining assets (LOL) to be shared. This appears to have been a hijacking! Do I have this wrong?

Thank you for that - do we have an idea what that will be?

yes I think you have to factor in the Amber deal for the big picture. Assuming it's around the same it comes out to around 8.5 for 1 ratio. This is assuming the recent increase in Vibe price give us $2.2m to buy Vibe shares instead of the original $1.8m. This is the 'similar mechanism' Chris was talking about. I think.

Thank you. I have just found this whole thing so confusing (and frustrating). What I don't understand is why someone is buying VCAN now. What do they hope to gain?

Very good question. Delisting and disolving the company being planned and people are still buying shares? There shoild be zero market for these shares. When things seemed to be in better shape there was less vloume and interest. This whole story stinks to high heaven.

The interest stems from 1) people not wanting to stick around 6 months and are willing to cut ties and take a loss 2) people wanting shares at under value of deals. It only makes sense that people will want the shares @.04 that are worth .06-.07

But it is past the shareholders of record date? Isn't it?

That's for your individual worth in the votes. Or else what I sell all my shares and still have same amount of vibe shares? No you can still exchange shares and acquire so you can still get more vibe shares.

Wouldn't make any sense if the amount of shares you receive are locked in but you can still exchange them. It's still open pastures for the taking

Eventually vibe will reach a price that people will pull out causing a pull back when that happens they will more than likely pick up everything under .06 with those profits rinse wash repeat until this deal finalized

After the vote on Oct 23 a 2nd much larger stock div will be paid. A record date for that div is yet to be declared.

Has anybody here contacted VCAN and asked for clarification? I mean, it was not long ago that someone here, I forget who, was always on the phone talking to someone at vcan, why not phone them back now and ask for details? P.S. I'm keeping track of share value here: Value of VIBE Shares for VCAN Shares Let me know if I can add some information. And someone phone VCAN!
