Is pleased? What the heck is that? Schmid looks like a tax loss but you can't sell the shares now. Wish we shareholders had a word to say but apparently not… Here is the information I could find up to now (just writing up what i was told on the phone): The Mine will be sold to the highest bidder.  If interested you can assist the meeting of the creditors to see how much Conway was in debt.  It is apparently around 600 000$ but this number has to be validated at the meeting.
