speak volumes about what the directors think of the company.

Expectations of walking out the door with the kind of renumeration or settlements considering that pot companies in general , are all getting beat down badly are ridiculous although I don't know if this was their choice or managements.

When did golden handshakes for failing management become the norm and accepted.

Sign me up, please!  I have lots of ideas I could raise as a director and I am probably very up to speed on current happenings to guide the ideas I have.

$400K for a years wage suggests that somebody caught somebody fornicating with a pig to get the golden deal like that.

I don't have a problem with high renumeration based on performance like appreciation of sharevalue and suggest that all of the pigs that are sloppin' at the troughs to the degree suggested in this law suit filing, need to seriouly check their integrity and remember that they are there to take care of and build a successful business for the shareholders, not to gut a company from the inside out for their own benefit.

Constructive dismissal suggests that somebody cares enough about this entity to bring the hammer down and they feel that they have a reason. It is the "normalcy" of huge renumeration whether they win, lose or draw that irks me. Failure to file reports as required is business 101 failure that even grade 10 students  understand. This type of guaranteed winner for a startup company ...more
