Bank Status
A whileback i emailed the company asking them how the bank application was coming along. They promptly replied that everything was going according to schedule and did not forsee any problems getting it completed.

As a bank, CXS can originate and securitize loans plus other sources of revenue. This is where HCG makes most of its money. CXS will repeat the earnings profile and ROE of HCG. That's where my $25 target comes from

I have not re-checked but DIDN'T CXS already obtain permission to bundle and securitize their mortgages?
