SP not looking good

first of all I am still holding all of my shares so don't hammer me for what I will say. I am not an expert on charting but if you look at the chart on CXS the 40 dma is starting to cross the 100dma. and the MACD doesn't look good. I also subscribe to VectorVest and they have a SELL on the stock. So I would like any comments oh and I see the sp is down .04 now ...G
