He said come April there will be another news flash, they have to vote ect ect. So for non reg accounts you will get app. 20 shares of("Heritage Global") (OTCQB: HGBL)per 100 shares of Counsel to do what you want, sell or hole them, again they are traded in USA. So 1000 of Counsel =200 of heritage.

In a rrsp there will be a small penalty to pay but said will still be ahead in the end. He was in a rush but said looking foreword it is for the good...........

Thanks payday2.  I had already sent an email to the company and will post the reply if/when it is received.   Sir,  I am hoping the company can issue a statement regarding the special dividend.  Assuming the company did not have the intention of ambushing the shareholder, why is this dividend being done in a way that completely disrupts the market?  I think very few RRSP
