The company never announces anything anymore unless it is completely done. There will be no letters of intent or deals subject to a whole bunch of stuff in order to close. Remember how the SP used to get crushed before when the company announced acquisitions. This was because people knew they had to raise money so they sold their shares and waited to buy into the financing at much lower prices

Agreed Muttley. Always better to bring down the sledgehammer when it's unexpected. It also messes up shorty. I'm very impressed with management to date.that being said I wish there was at least a little news on when the results will be lol.. Glta longs, shorty rot...

What are your expectations for this company over the next 12 months?

I can see it back over 2.70 or more with good or better financials.  Well run company. glta
