100K block

Makes no sense to place a 100K block for shares for sale in an illiquid market. A brokered deal is needed to move this.

To be honest, no broker cares about CMI.  They presently don't need money and there is no momney to be made in an obscure micro cap.  If they can ever get some phased array antenna sales ramping up it will definitely attract some micro / small cap institutiional invstors but, for now, the illiquidity is our painful reality.

Absolutely correct. There is no interest (or potential underwriting fees) from a brokerage in a microcap that doesn't need to raise capital. Someone has a dream that their block of shares will be taken out, or perhaps it's just there to put a lid on the share price.
