Allow me to correct some of your math: - acquisition costs is closer to ~131mil - sale/leaseback of the Oshawa property is ~23mil - remaining two properties estimated at 10-15mil (combined) will be dealt next year according to CFO

where does this come from? I've not heard that price was revised from $123 to $130. If so, it's probably an adjust for working capital, meaning RRD had more wc on books than originally thought. Who said real estate was worth $23 and not $30? source?
